Documents and Procedures
Step 1
Get the application form from the International Office in HUT and fill in the application form.
Step 2
Pay the Application fee. Please write your full name, nationality and actual amount on the bank note.
Step 3
The following application documents must be submitted to the International Office in HUT.
a. Application Form for International Students in HUT.
b. Highest diploma (photocopy): Prospective diploma winners must submit official proof of student status by their current school. Documents in languages other than Chinese or English must be attached with notarized Chinese or English.
c. Academic transcripts: Transcripts in languages other than Chinese or English must be attached with notarized Chinese or English translations.
d. Photocopy of your valid ordinary-type passport.
e. Foreigner Physical Examination Form (Photocopy).
f. The copy of bank note for application fee.
g. Non-criminal Certificate.
Step 4
The admission notice and JW202 form will be emailed to the students from HUT once you are informed that get the fall admission qualification.
